About PeopleSoft Enterprise Services Procurement and Supplier Relationship Management
PeopleSoft Enterprise Services Procurement is a component of PeopleSoft's award-winning Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) suite. The solution manages the
complete source-to-settle process for managing both resource-based and deliverable-based services. According to Aberdeen, business services on average account for
between 30 percent and 50 percent of a company's spend. For professional services companies, services can account for greater than 80 percent of a company's spend.
Organizations that automate the process of services procurement can reduce procurement costs by 10 percent to 35 percent (The Services Supply Chain Automation
Benchmark Report, June 2003).
PeopleSoft Enterprise SRM is the only enterprise software application that enables organizations to manage 100 percent of corporate spend, including direct and indirect
goods, assets and deliverable and time-based services. The solution seamlessly integrates the complete source-to-settle process -- from determining the best supplier, to
receiving shipments, closing financial settlement, and continually analyzing performance. PeopleSoft Enterprise SRM has industry-specific functionality for the financial
services, healthcare, education, government, industrial products, consumer products, energy, and high technology industries.
