(Nasdaq:PSFT - News) today announced that more than 30 leading higher education institutions have deployed PeopleSoft®'s Enterprise Campus Solutions within the past six months. PeopleSoft's pure Internet applications enable thousands of students, faculty and staff to gain real-time access to critical academic and administrative information. As a result, administrative processes are streamlined and require little or no manual intervention.

"Our PeopleSoft® applications provide our students, employees and faculty members with 24x7 access to a wide range of critical information," said James S. Roberts, executive vice provost for finance and administration, Duke University. "PeopleSoft Enterprise Campus Solutions enable us to respond more quickly and flexibly to the needs of our campus community."

New and existing customers that have deployed PeopleSoft Campus Solutions since January of 2003 include: Cornell University, Duke University, Bryn Mawr College, Princeton University, Northwestern University, Butler University, Gettysburg College, Iona College, Wisconsin Technical College System, Towson University, Metropolitan Community College, University of Kansas, St. Clair College, National FFA Organization, University at Albany - State University of NY, and Southern Methodist University.

A key component of PeopleSoft's Enterprise Campus Solutions, Student Administration enables the real-time campus by making student services and business operations accessible via the Internet. The solution empowers students, staff and faculty to manage processes such as financial aid, enrollment, admissions, degree and transcript maintenance online, through a standard Web browser. For example, students can register for classes online, review their grades, and access information on how course credits will transfer to a proposed program of study at another college or university.

"The Internet has significantly raised the expectations of students, faculty and staff in Higher Education," said Kevin Horigan, PeopleSoft's managing director for Education and Government. "Today, institutions are leveraging PeopleSoft's campus solutions to speed the delivery of information to the campus community and provide access to processes and tools in real time."
