Studies), the leading provider of on demand support software, announced today that Wichita Falls Independent School District (Wichita Falls ISD), a Texas based school district serving 17,000 students and faculty in over 31 facilities, has replaced Magic CRM with Parature's Campus Support Solution. "Our previous solution was simply lacking the functionality we required, and had too long of an implementation process," said Brian Jackson, PMO Manager of Wichita Falls ISD. After reviewing several vendors, Parature was selected for its flexibility, quick implementation and ease of use. "I have used Remedy in the past and now Magic CRM. After using Parature, I can honestly say that Parature is the superior solution due to its innovative technology and ease of use," stated Jackson.
Wichita Falls ISD implemented Parature's knowledge base references, trouble ticket submission, integrated contact management piece, survey tool, and report functionalities, and is successfully using Parature to streamline their campus support. "We have begun to see immediate results using Parature's solution. For example, the eReport module has allowed us to evaluate problematic areas and resolve them by adding staffing where necessary," noted Jackson.
"We are seeing a big shift in the education market from traditional installed support solutions to more innovative technology solutions such as Parature. Educational Institutions have recognized the cost, implementation time and functionality advantages hosted solutions provide over traditional installed solutions," said Duke Chung, CEO of Parature. Wichita Falls ISD joins Parature's growing educational client base, which includes Florida State University, Roanoke County Schools and Wharton School of Business.

About Wichita Falls Independent School District
Built on a tradition of solid academics since 1890, the WFISD currently serves approximately 14,900 students on 31 campuses. Students are educated at 21 elementary schools, four junior high schools, three high schools, one career center, one accelerated learning center, one student adjustment center, and one early childhood center.
Additionally, the district operates three Head Start facilities. A unique feature of the district is the "School Choice" plan. The district has no secondary attendance zones. Instead, parents have the opportunity to "choose" the schools they wish their children to attend. Elementary parents may also attend a school in their attendance zone or choose one of eight elementary magnet schools.
