Outlaw Technologies Selected by Triple-S for Healthcare Relationship Management Solution

Goals are to Improve Member Retention, Assist with Regulatory Compliance, and Improve Competitive Advantage

BOULDER, CO –Oct 27, 1999 - Today Outlaw Technologies announced that Triple-S of Puerto Rico, an independent agent of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, has selected its CustomerFocus Healthcare Relationship Management (HRM) Solution. The new system will be used to manage the customer service process for over 700,000 Medicaid members currently managed by Triple-C.

Jorge Lopez, Vice President of Operations for Triple-C comments, "We had been looking for a healthcare-specific relationship management solution that met our needs for over two years when we discovered CustomerFocus. Most of the competitive products we reviewed attempted to address the healthcare customer service issue with products designed for sales and marketing.
