Vignette Joins Oracle Wireless Partner Initiative to Deliver Comprehensive Wireless SolutionWireless Customers Will Benefit From Mobile Internet ApplicationsAUSTIN, Texas--Oct. 17, 2000--Vignette Corp. (Nasdaq:VIGN - news), the leading supplier of e-business applications, today announced that it has joined the Oracle® (Nasdaq:ORCL - news) Wireless Partner Initiative. Vignette's (R) V/5 Content Management Server(TM) and its V/5 Lifecycle Personalization Server(TM) will be integrated with Oracle-9i(TM) Application Server Wireless Edition to provide a comprehensive wireless portal solution.
