Independent Research Firm Ranks Oracle Highest for Multilingual, Multinational CRMREDWOOD SHORES, Calif., Sept. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ( http://www.oracle.com/tellmemore/?1449308 ) Oracle Corp. (Nasdaq: ORCL - News), the world's largest enterprise software company, today announced that Forrester Research, Inc. recently scored Oracle at the top of the list in two important areas of CRM: multilingual capability and future development strategy. Oracle received a score of 4.2 for Multilingual Capabilities and a 3.7 for Development Strategies. In particular, Oracle's integrated technology stack approach was cited as a key differentiator for its multilingual, multinational CRM applications. In a June 2002 report entitled "Making CRM Multilingual," Forrester analyst Charles Homs evaluated CRM applications from a number of different vendors on 96 key criteria related to language capabilities.
