Oracle Goes Live With Global IT Skills ExchangeREDWOOD SHORES, Calif., Sept. 20 Further signaling its commitment to the developer community, the Oracle Technology Network (OTN) today launches the Oracle Technology Network Xchange, providing a global IT skills exchange. Oracle Technology Network Xchange offers a single marketplace where developers can quickly connect to buyers, customers and IT professionals hoping to purchase, sell and auction technical services. More than 3,100 OTN developers have already registered to collaborate in the exchange. Developers can have the opportunity to tap into more than 36,000 Oracle-related full-time job and contract employment opportunities from popular online employment portals and job sites such as Developer.Net, FlipDog.com, Guru.com, IC Planet, Niku, techies.com and WorkExchange. Developed in partnership with CollabNet, the OTN Xchange leverages the very latest in hosted development technology, providing developers with an environment to not only buy and sell services but also manage their projects on an ongoing basis.
