ON!contact Software Chosen as Microsoft Industry Solution Awards Finalist

ON!contact Software Corporation, a leading provider of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions for mid-sized companies, today announced it has been selected as a finalist in the Best Mobile Sales/Service Solution category of the Microsoft Industry Solution Awards.  

The awards recognize independent software vendors that best utilize Microsoft technology – specifically Microsoft Windows 2000 Server, Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft enterprise platform technology – to help organizations serve customers, manage information and make informed, effective business decisions.  Winners will be announced on November 14 at the Microsoft Booth at the Las Vegas Convention Center during COMDEX 2000.

ON!contact Software was chosen as a finalist based on the success Foremost Insurance has realized as a customer.  Foremost's mobile sales force uses CMS to recruit independent insurance carriers to sell Foremost's property and casualty insurance.  CMS enables Foremost's mobile sales reps to effectively manage the sales process and stay connected to all the information and resources at the home office.
