management, today announced that Freedom Finance, Britain's leading finance broker has selected NICE Systems recording solution to monitor in-bound and out-bound
calls to ensure the company is offering the highest standards of quality and performance to customers. Freedom Finance is installing NiceLog®'s Total Recording,
NiceUniverse® Quality Management, and NICE's screen recording for its 400 seat operation center in the UK.
