Sherry Harmon and Henry Ainouze Bring More Than Thirty Years of Industry Leadership and Experience to NextNine

Studies), the leading global provider of automated, remote service and support solutions for business-critical systems, today announced that Sherry Harmon and Henry Ainouze have joined the company as President, NextNine, Inc., and Vice President Sales, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), respectively.
In her role as President, Sherry Harmon is charged with directing the company’s North American operations and expanding its leadership presence and market share throughout the region, leveraging her extensive sales and business development background in service and support, customer relationship management and communications technology. Formerly, Ms. Harmon served as Vice President, Sales and Business Development for GlowPoint, a leading broadcast quality, IP-based video communications service provider, Vice President, Sales and Global Alliances at WebEx Communications, and Vice President of Sales, Business Development and Channels at SupportSoft, Inc., where, under her leadership, the team developed major sales opportunities with IBM, CSC and Comcast.

Mr. Henry Ainouze, as Vice President, Sales, EMEA, will oversee NextNine’s sales growth and business development for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Prior to joining NextNine, Mr. Ainouze served at Sapiens International, a leading global provider for IT business solutions. Among his accomplishments, Mr. Ainouze generated over $50M in new project revenue throughout Europe.
