RealDialog to Present Free Webcast on the "Value of Virtual Service Agents" for Customer Self-Service

October 29, 2002 - Research Triangle Park area, NC - LiveWire Logic, Inc. today announced a free webcast explaining the attainable value of using Virtual Agents on websites for customer self-service applications November 7, 2002 at 11:30 Eastern Standard Time.
