DRAPER, UT—October 20, 1998—Knowlix Corporation today announced it is building a Valued Added Reseller (VAR) channel to represent its iKnow™ knowledge management solution for the internal help desk environment. First to join the ranks of the Knowlix VAR program is industry channel leader, Barnhill Associates, Inc. This partnership allows help desk managers to get the benefits of knowledge management as part of a total support solution from a single industry sales/service provider.
