INTELLISYSTEMS' ANNOUNCES LATEST RELEASE OF KNOWLEDGE BASE DEVELOPMENT SOFTWARE

Sage 2.0 Incorporates Advanced Development Features, Cuts Development Time

Reno, NV - (August 20, 1998) Intellisystems, a wholly owned subsidiary of TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:TTEC), today announced the release of the latest version of its knowledge base development software, Sage 2.0. This latest version offers new capabilities that simplify and streamline the knowledge base development process.

The new IntelliSystem knowledge base development software, Sage 2.0, helps companies build customized solutions to deliver expert support answers directly to their end-users. Sage 2.0 introduces a new mapping feature -- MapView -- that shows a graphical representation of the knowledge base, making the navigation and addition of knowledge easier. MapView helps IntelliSystem administrators easily identify where to add new knowledge and helps build 'rules' while navigating through the knowledge base. Sage 2.0 also incorporates spell-checking and new printing and viewing functions for added accuracy, convenience and usability.

"We work very closely with our customers to deliver value-added features that help them resolve more calls automatically while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction," says Michael Beare, President of Intellisystems. "Sage 2.0 is exciting because it can reduce knowledge base development and enhancement time, helping companies more easily deliver consistent, up-to-date answers." Intellisystems' knowledge based expert systems deliver consistent self support solutions to callers and Internet end-users. Intellisystems works closely with clients to help build and maintain effective solutions. Most IntelliSystem solutions can be resolving calls within eight weeks from the beginning of a new project. Ongoing enhancements and additions of new support issues increase or maintain the IntelliSystem's effectiveness.
