Mellon HR Solutions Selects IEX Workforce Management Solution

TotalView® System Makes Contact Centers More Efficient

Richardson, Texas – October 16, 2002 - IEX, a Tekelec company (Nasdaq: TKLC) and a leading provider of contact center solutions, today announced that Mellon HR Solutions has selected TotalView® Workforce Management for its three contact centers employing 600 agents.
