The expansion of the sales force coincides with the release of a German language version of the company's award-winning TotalView® Workforce Management System.

Eduard Merk will support IEX sales and marketing initiatives in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Poland. He is responsible for managing the day-to-day business operations of IEX for this region. Mr. Merk has nearly 15 years of contact center consulting experience focused on workforce management, elearning and discrete simulation technologies.
In addition to German, the TotalView system fully supports English, French and Brazilian Portuguese languages. A single TotalView system can be configured for multiple languages allowing users on the same system to select their preferred language, even within the same contact center.
The TotalView WebStation feature additionally supports Danish, Dutch, and traditional Portuguese languages. WebStation allows agents and supervisors to view schedules and performance statistics from their desks using a standard Web browser. With the additional WebStation Plus feature, agents are also able to trade schedules, submit schedule bids and request changes to their schedules.
Swedish language support will also be added to the WebStation product later in 2004.
