ICT GROUP NAMED AMONG FORTUNE’S 2002 LIST OF AMERICA’S 100 FASTEST GROWING COMPANIES

NEWTOWN, PA, AUGUST 20, 2002 — ICT GROUP, INC. (NASDAQ: ICTG), a leading global provider of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, announced today it was named on Fortune’s 2002 List of America’s 100 Fastest Growing Companies.

The list honors companies with surging sales and profits, ranking them over a three-year period according to the following criteria: earnings-per-share growth, revenue growth and total return.  ICT GROUP ranked #58 on the list, sharing a trait common among a number of the companies included – having a strong balance sheet and a long- tenured management team.
