iCommunicate Announces FAQ Generator

iCommunicate™ announced the development of the iCommunicate FAQ Generator™, an enhancement that automatically generates a list of the most frequently asked questions (FAQs) of customer websites. This upgrade will help customers eliminate the manual process of periodically reviewing and revising a list of FAQs to reflect site traffic and customer inquiries. The FAQ Generator updates the list based on natural language questions posed to the iCommunicate.NET™ knowledge base. iCommunicate will offer this feature as part of its shared access customer service application, iCommunicate.NET.
