HDI introduces www.JobDesk.com. New web site completely dedicated to help desk and support services industry.Colorado Springs, Colorado, [September 10, 1999] - Help Desk Institute (HDI) announced today the availability of a new web site to facilitate job postings, job searches, and employment assistance for the help desk and support services industry. The new site, www.jobdesk.com, is an international resource, sponsored by HDI, available to both members and non-members and completely dedicated to the support industry.JobDesk.com is free for all individual industry professionals, allowing them to post resumes and perform unlimited job searches against the international database. Employers and recruitment agencies pay customary fees for posting job openings and matching resumes to open positions. In addition, JobDesk.com will offer hints, tips, links and expert advice on employment issues, to provide a comprehensive resource for site visitors. Rich will serve as site manager, content monitor, and subject matter expert for JobDesk.com.
