Help Desk Institute Announces New Platinum Plus Membership PackageColorado Springs, Colo. – September 10, 2002 - Help Desk Institute (HDI), the world's largest industry association for help desk and support professionals, today announced its newest membership package, “Platinum Plus.”HDI’s Platinum Plus package was created in response to requests from HDI members and support industry executives, and is designed to provide HDI membership benefits to multiple individuals within an organization.
