WIRELESS ECRM SOLUTIONS IMPROVED WITH NEW RELEASE OF GOLDMINE EVERYWHERE SERVER

Added Security and Easy Multi-Language Localization Make Wireless eCRM Simple for Small to Medium-Sized Organizations

PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. – Nov. 13, 2000 – Small to medium-sized organizations searching for wireless Web-enabled eCRM capabilities can now find the solution in GoldMine TM Everywhere Server.  Designed to support GoldMine TM FrontOffice 2000 TM from the GoldMine Division of FrontRange Solutions Inc., the newest release of the popular software suite includes substantially improved security, global localization capabilities and enhanced graphical interfaces for improved navigation.

Incorporating security features from GoldMine FrontOffice 2000, the upgraded software lets users manage contacts remotely with confidence.  Mobile sales professionals can access customer data from the road and rely on the same level of security as on their office desktop, thanks to the new features that allow users to define ownership and the level of access others have to records.

Global localization in this GoldMine Everywhere Server release lets users select English, French or German and eliminates the need to reformat records in different languages.  The settings can be changed on the fly, enabling organizations to deploy one, centralized database, accessible to team members throughout the world.

Additional enhancements improve the software’s collaboration capabilities.  Users can now view multiple users’ schedules, letting team members manage each other’s tasks and appointments more effectively.  Finally, the software offers better organizational capabilities by providing an activity list that gives sales professionals the option to view all meetings in a list format, classified either by type or date.
