HEAT® and GoldMine® FrontOffice 2000™ Voted Gold in Second Annual Users Choice Awards


COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Oct. 24, 2000 - FrontRange Solutions Inc.'s
flagship products HEAT® and GoldMine® FrontOffice 2000™ were named Gold
Users Choice Award winners in The Second Annual Users Choice Awards
sponsored by Customer Support Management and RealMarket Research.
FrontRange Solutions Inc. was the only organization among more than 160
nominees to win two awards in this prestigious competition that honors
the most effective CRM products and services.

HEAT ranked at the top of the Help Desk and Service Desk
Software-MidMarket category, while GoldMine FrontOffice 2000 was named
leader in the category for outstanding implementation and integration
services.  FrontOffice 2000 seamlessly unites GoldMine® and HEAT

The Users Choice Awards is the only awards program in which customer
relationship management (CRM) products are judged by the end-user.  More
than 160 products were judged in 34 categories, with 14 Gold Award
winners and four Best in Class.
