FRONTRANGE SOLUTIONS ANNOUNCES NEW STRATEGIC CHANNEL PARTNER PROGRAM FOR THE AMERICAS

Aggressive Channel Strategy to Improve Programs to Benefit Solutions Partners Who Sell GoldMine® and HEAT® Products


Colorado Springs, Colo., (August 13, 2001) - FrontRange Solutions Inc., an
international market leader in customer relationship management (CRM) and
internal service and support software, today announced it will launch a
new strategic channel partner program to strengthen its competitive edge
in the Americas.

This multi-faceted channel strategy is designed to enable FrontRange to
grow its current Solutions Partners, while increasing profitability,
efficiencies and effectiveness in the Americas market. With compelling
programs designed to meet the needs of consultants, VARs, systems
integrators and corporate resellers, FrontRange will establish a strong,
well-trained and motivated reseller channel to sell GoldMine® and HEAT®
product lines. Ultimately, the new program aims to elevate FrontRange's
partners in the CRM and internal service and support markets.

Other elements of the channel program include new regional sales programs,
plus business development and rewards programs. Solutions Partners will
fall into one of three categories, Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald under the
FAST(tm) program (FrontRange Authorized Solutions Team) based upon which
GoldMine and HEAT products they sell. There is also an Open Reseller
category for retail partners.

The new channel partner program is scheduled to launch officially in
