Francisco Partners Completes Acquisition of FrontRange Solutions ( email this article)

Studies), a global leader in service management, CRM, and voice application solutions for the small-to-medium-enterprise (SME) and distributed enterprise markets, announced today that the Francisco Partners has completed the acquisition of FrontRange's outstanding shares effective December 23, 2005. In November 2005, FrontRange Solutions announced that Francisco Partners, one of the world's largest technology-focused private equity funds, had agreed to acquire all of its outstanding shares. As a result of the acquisition by Francisco Partners, FrontRange has been delisted and is no longer traded on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
