Eyretel Brings Voice Recording and Analysis Solutions to the 3Com Solution Providers Program

Eyretel will offer voice recording in three options for small to medium size enterprises.

LEATHERHEAD, England, Oct. 29 / -- Eyretel (London: EYR) today
announced that the company has joined the 3Com(R) Solution Providers Program
to provide its voice recording and analysis solutions to a broader base of IP
telephony customers.  Eyretel, a global provider of voice and data recording,
quality monitoring, and analysis systems for customer experience management,
has demonstrated interoperability between its solutions and the 3Com(R) NBX(R)
Networked Telephony platform.  The company's completely software-based
solution will enable 3Com customers to further enhance their IP-based business
telephone systems with customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities.
Together, 3Com and Eyretel are filling a fundamental market need for recording
telephone calls and gaining additional benefits from analyzing them.
Applications include verification of call content, silent monitoring, quality
assurance, best practice measurement, and process improvement.  Most
importantly, businesses can gain insights into why their customers do what
they do and how they want them to improve.  Voice recording and customer
interaction analysis results in improved sales, customer retention, better
personalization capabilities, improved scripting, better trained agents and
management of risk.
The 3Com Solution Providers Program is a worldwide program that expands
the array of software and services for 3Com's NBX family of IP-based business
telephone systems.  The program allows third-party applications vendors to
establish interoperability with 3Com's NBX networked telephony platform,
giving customers a broader selection of applications that are ensured to work
together "out-of-the-box."  3Com's Solution Providers Program meets the
growing industry demand for more productivity-enhancing applications that can
be integrated with converged voice and data networks.
Eyretel's IP telephony recording software gives businesses applications
previously available only to large users of traditional telephony.  Providing
a software solution, independent of proprietary hardware, allows scalability,
ease of installation, speed of integration, as well as new applications such
as ExecRecord.  Scaling from 1 channel to 30, ExecRecord allows users to
record important phone calls on demand, which can then be forwarded easily by
email.  Payment promises, customer feedback, and outstanding sales calls, can
be recorded by hitting a button on the NBX business telephone at any point in
the call, with the entire call being saved.  Replay is secure and simple
through a standard browser, as it is for all Eyretel's IP products.  MicroIP,
for 1 to 30 phones, offers full time recording for small call centers, small
trading houses and stockbrokers, sales, purchasing and customer service lines.
MediaStoreIP, Eyretel's flagship IP telephony recording software for any size
enterprise, enables users to record the entire customer experience and use
Eyretel's analytic applications, offers stereo recording for speech
recognition, and integrates with CRM applications.  Both MicroIP and
MediaStoreIP allow silent monitoring of agent lines, typically required within
call centers.  The products are fully compatible so that customers can upgrade
easily from one application to the next.
"3Com creates increasing value for its IP telephony solutions by giving
customers access to more productivity-enhancing applications, such as
Eyretel's recording and analysis solutions," said Ed Wadbrook, director, voice
solutions, 3Com Business Networks Company.  "By working with Eyretel, 3Com
will ensure that enterprise customers will have access to best-in-class
applications that meet their overall business communication requirements."
"We are delighted to be working with 3Com.  IP telephony adoption is
occurring fastest in the SME (small to medium size enterprises) sector and
Eyretel is further strengthening its leadership position in the IP telephony
space by demonstrating that it is the recording vendor of choice for converged
networks," said Nathan George, EVP Marketing, Eyretel.  "With a proven,
worldwide installed base of customers using IP telephony, Eyretel can provide
3Com customers with a robust, scalable IP telephony recording and analysis
solution previously available only to large businesses."
