Eyretel plc achieves ISO 9001:2000 Quality Accreditation for United Kingdom OperationsAccreditation demonstrates Eyretel’s ability to deliver products and business services of the highest order and quality; first interaction recording vendor to receive leading quality management standard for UKLeatherhead, UK, 24th September 2002 - Eyretel plc, a global provider of voice and data recording, quality monitoring and analysis systems for the optimisation of contact centres and other customer contact environments, today announced that the company has achieved the International Standards Organisation (ISO) 9001 accreditation – the internationally recognised standard for quality management.Eyretel’s ISO 9001 accreditation is for the company’s UK-based Quality Management System (QMS) that defines and controls the design, outsourced manufacture, installation and commissioning and after-sales support of the company’s interaction recording and analysis products and services.
