SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Dec. 13, 2001 - Expertcity, Inc. announced today that it has entered into an exclusive relationship with Tech24, Inc. in which customers seeking assistance in Expertcity's ExpertLive marketplace will be serviced by Tech24. The agreement becomes effective January 1, 2002 and includes a revenue sharing component.

"We are pleased to enter into this relationship with Tech24, as they have been the primary provider of services within the ExpertLive marketplace for the past several months, and the results from customers handled by their experts have been overwhelmingly positive," says Andreas von Blottnitz, Expertcity's president and CEO. As a leader in the web-enabled support market, we are confident that we can maintain the high level of service that the ExpertLive customers have come to expect, while simultaneously growing the overall size of the marketplace.
