The Customer Information Management at American Express is a 500-plus employee strong organization responsible for creating world-class customer relationship management capabilities for the Blue Box. The Customer Information Management group supports marketing, risk and operations with customer acquisition and loyalty list processing, analytic, decision sciences, information strategy and data supplier management services. Before joining American Express, Ms. Grim was Senior Vice President, Global Information Services at MasterCard International with responsibilities for managing Master Card's information business. Serving member banks and merchants from 1995 to 1998. She held multiple database marketing, technology and strategic planning positions at Household International from 1985 to 1995. Ms. Grim earned a B.S. in Math & Computer Science and a M.B.A. in Finance and Strategic Management from the University of Illinois.
