E.PIPHANY AND DELOITTE CONSULTING JOIN FORCES TO DELIVER NEXT GENERATION CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS

Global alliance uses customer intelligence to drive customer loyalty and enterprise profitability

Combining the knowledge and technical expertise of two leading innovators, the alliance will help companies re-define the rules and build next generation, Web-based customer relationship management solutions.

The first generation of CRM initiatives enabled companies to automate the operations of interacting with customers. The alliance between Deloitte Consulting and E.piphany will enable companies to go a step further by leveraging customer intelligence and converting that data into marketing programs that can then be integrated into a company’s multi-channel sales and service functions.
