E.piphany Expands Integration and Reseller Agreement With HP to Extend Presence in Global Markets

CHICAGO, Aug. 23, HP World Conference & Expo -- E.piphany, Inc. (Nasdaq: EPNY) today announced that it has expanded its existing reseller and integration agreement with Hewlett-Packard Company to include a broad spectrum of vertical markets. The two companies have established their presence in North America and Europe and are now extending their reach into regions including Asia Pacific and Latin America within verticals such as Financial Services, Travel & Leisure, E-commerce, Manufacturing and High-Technology.

Many companies have benefited from E.piphany's relationship with HP including, Borders, LB-BW (Landesbank Baden-Wuerttemberg) and the U.S. operations of DHL Worldwide Express.

The two companies are running performance tests of E.piphany E.5 running on HP Superdome and N-class servers. By re-creating enterprise environments and pre-testing joint solutions, the companies plan to recommend the software and hardware configurations needed to handle specific customer requirements. Additionally, HP MC/Serviceguard is validated and certified as being compatible with E.piphany E.5, helping ensure high availability and scalability of E.piphany software running on HP hardware. Customers are invited to see and test E.piphany solutions at HP Solution Centers around the globe.
