Customers of Epicor Clientele (Company Profile, Past Stories, Case Studies) CRM now have a unified solution for monitoring, analyzing, and managing sales leads and opportunities with the release of Sales Pipeline Explorer for Epicor Enterprise from Cubic Compass Software.

The Sales Pipeline Explorer, part of the Web Self-Service Suite for Epicor Enterprise, allows managers, employees, and partners to analyze the sales pipeline and answer questions such as:

• Which marketing activities generate the most qualified leads?
• What is the projected revenue for this quarter and next quarter?
• Show me all opportunities in the Northwest sales region for product [X].
• How many customers have been evaluating solution [Y] for more than 90 days?
• What is the current projected revenue forecast for the entire sales pipeline?

Pipeline reports can be exported to Excel directly from the explorer for targeted follow-up sales and marketing activities. Role based security restricts Employee and Partner views to a “My Pipeline” dashboard.
