DKSystems Closes Successful Second Quarter, Anticipates Continued Growth in Coming Months

Successful business model brings stability to enterprise customers and the training industry

CHICAGO, August 5, 2002 - DKSystems(r), a premier provider of learning management system (LMS) and IT/Help Desk support management system solutions, announced that it exceeded its business goals for the second quarter of 2002, and all indicators point toward an even stronger third quarter. The company's ongoing success and growing market presence in a challenging economic environment for technology providers reflects the attractive price point, return on investment (ROI) and time-to-productivity benefits for its corporate and government customers. DKSystems continues to operate profitably as it has for the last 12 years and is expanding its leadership role in the industry.

Second Quarter 2002 Highlights
New Major Customers. DKSystems expanded its portfolio of customers by closing major accounts in the second quarter. Representative wins included:

--ADP Inc.'s National Account Services division, which provides outsourced human resources, payroll and benefit services to companies with greater than 1,000 employees, selected the OnTrack for Training( Product Suite to replace its existing learning management system application.
--Paul, Hastings, Janofsky and Walker LLP, an international law firm whose clients include more than a third of the Fortune 500 company list, chose the OnTrack for Training Product Suite to manage its extensive training program for its legal and administrative staff.
--Boeing Australia, a subsidiary of The Boeing Company, licensed the DKHelpDesk( product to provide a cost-effective customer support management solution for its departmental software development team.
--The Harvard College Library of Harvard University chose the DKHelpDesk product to service the customer support needs of its library educators and staff.

* Industry and Strategic Alliances. DKSystems entered into new industry and strategic alliances relating to the learning and customer support markets, including:

--Participation in the eLearning CONSORTIUM, hosted by the MASIE Center (www.masie.com). The eLearning CONSORTIUM is a collaboration of major corporations, government agencies, and leading eLearning solution providers dedicated to advancing the future of eLearning.
--Co-sponsorship and founding membership in the CRMAdvocate (www.crmadvocate.com) program, an association of more than 30 leading customer relationship management (CRM) organizations. DKSystems will be working with a number of member organizations, including Gartner Group, AMR Research, Aberdeen Group, Help Desk Institute and IDC, to address developing trends and key issues in the help-desk and IT support industry.
--An alliance to provide joint solutions with Tally Systems (www.tallysystems.com), a leading provider of innovative IT asset tracking solutions for help desk support centers and end users, to offer seamless integration between DKSystems' DKHelpDesk Product Suite and Tally Systems' TS Census(tm) software. This alliance consists of technology support and sales and marketing collaboration between DKSystems and Tally.

Market Recognition. DKSystems' solutions received market recognition in the following:

--Inclusion in the 2002 Brandon-Hall survey of learning management system solutions.
--In Online Learning magazine, Bryan Chapman of brandon-hall.com recognized the value proposition of the DKSystems' OnTrack Product Suite, identifying it as one of his top recommendations for cost-conscious companies.
--New customer success stories were published regarding the implementation of the OnTrack for Training Product Suite by ADP's Emerging Business Services division, JDEdwards and the Nonproliferation and National Security Institute.
