New Program Focus for 2004 Microsoft Business Solutions, Siebel Systems, Intel, PeopleSoft and Intelligent Solutions to Keynote

This industry-leading event will highlight the most time and cost effective ways to get up to speed on the latest customer relationship management (CRM) strategies and technologies.
 
The all-new program focus in place for 2004 will feature areas covering: CRM's impact across the enterprise; focus on the metrics; the rise of hosted CRM solutions; and mobile and wireless capabilities for CRM as well as demonstrate best practices in CRM strategy, design, implementation, integration and results. Through this presentation, Mr. Young will discuss, in real customer terms, the process of getting the ROI needed from CRM solutions. Topics covered will include thoughts on beginning a CRM solution search, key criteria and questions to ask your leadership team and CRM vendors, as well as technology considerations, insights from customers, partners and Microsoft Business Solutions' CRM experience over the last 6 years.
 
Joe Davis, Vice President and General Manager of PeopleSoft CRM will present an interactive case study keynote focusing on how Intel is using a CRM solution to drive business effectiveness across customer service and marketing. Along with an executive from Intel, Mr. Davis will highlight details on how to avoid CRM pitfalls and will showcase Intel's implementation best practices. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a Q&A session after the presentation.
 
Conference co-chair Barton Goldenberg, President of ISM, Inc. and author of "CRM Automation" will bring his CRM expertise to this highly anticipated event. Though his keynote address, Goldenberg will present CRM State of the Union: Proven Impact, Great New Options where he will cover the current state of the CRM/RTE industry, the CRM value proposition, great new CRM options and how to leverage service to drive long-term differentiation.
 
Thomas M. Siebel, Chairman and CEO of Siebel Systems will present his keynote titled CRM for Everyone, which will discuss the new requirements for CRM. Dr. Claudia Imhoff, Ph.D., President of Intelligent Solutions, Inc. will present Building the Customer-Centric Enterprise: Assuring Loyalty in Your Customers. This keynote will address the critical success factors that a company must embrace if it is to become a truly customer-centric enterprise. The discussion will focus around the customer lifecycle and the role of the corporate information factory in supporting the lifecycle.
