Former Jupiter Media Metrix Executive to Focus on Expanding Enterprise Sales

   Mountain View, Calif., -- December 20, 2000 - CustomerSat, Inc, specialists in providing solutions to help companies manage the customer experience online, today announced the appointment of Ted Pardee as Vice President of Global Sales.  Pardee will lead the company’s global sales efforts, building on an already strong customer base.
Pardee brings a wealth of major account sales experience to CustomerSat, coming directly from Jupiter Media Metrix in San Francisco, California, where he held the position of Vice President, Western Region.  There he was responsible for strategic planning, business development, and budgeting for the western sales region, and successfully secured relationships with Fortune 500 accounts, including America On Line, Dell Computer Corp., SBC Communications, GTE, and General Motors.  Pardee will report directly to CustomerSat CEO John Chisholm.
