CrossTec Corporation Now Offering NetOp Software Training in Boca Raton HeadquartersBoca Raton, Fl – CrossTec Corporation, North American distributors of the award-winning NetOp line of remote support and training products, is now offering training classes at their Florida headquarters. The in-depth, hands-on, instructor-lead courses will be held in CrossTec’s new state-of-the-art training center located in Boca Raton. These courses will help both new and experienced NetOp users quickly come up-to-speed and learn the best methods for installing, configuring, and managing NetOp PCs on their network.According to Robert Rounsavall, Manager of Training at CrossTec, “It is our goal to provide an interactive learning environment by integrating interesting and useful exercises along with the success stories of other NetOp users. Classes will be kept small and offer a comprehensive curriculum, tailored to meet a customer’s needs.” CrossTec’s state-of-the-art training and product demonstration facility was designed specifically for instructing customers and CrossTec’s partners and resellers on the award-winning NetOp line of remote support products. The new classroom training facility incorporates cutting-edge wireless laptop computers running NetOp for a hands-on, real world experience. Robert is also a Cryptologic Mission Manager and ISSO (Information Systems Security Officer) in the Navy Reserves, and serves as a liaison between reserve units and various federal agencies including the National Security Agency and the United States Coast Guard Maritime Intelligence Center.
