Vocent’s Voice Secure™ solutions are now integrated with Courion’s PasswordCourier® to offer voice-based password reset and password synchronization for virtually any enterprise system, application, or Web portal. The solutions are already integrated at Visa International.By combining PasswordCourier’s industry-leading platform coverage, help desk integration, policy management, and password synchronization features with Vocent’s voiceprint authentication and speech recognition capabilities, joint customers will benefit from a secure, self-service password management solution that offers multiple ways to reset passwords without calling a help desk agent. As part of the cooperative marketing agreement, Courion may offer Vocent’s biometric-secured access as an additional option to PasswordCourier’s existing multi-channel self-service password reset interfaces, which include Web browser access, Windows login screen access, Windows kiosk mode access, and IVR- based Telephone access. Vocent may offer PasswordCourier to customers that require password synchronization, tight help desk integration, and password management connectors for multiple operating systems, third party applications, and Web portals.
