¨ Launched ComplianceCourier, an access verification and policy enforcement solution, as part of Identity Management Suite™ 7.0;

¨ Continued its focus on the healthcare, financial services, transportation, energy & utilities, manufacturing and retail verticals adding more than 40 new customers to surpass the 240 customer mark with new business from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama, Capital District Physicians’ Health Plan, Inc., HEALTHSOUTH, Unisen, and Wellspan;

¨ Closed large multi-million dollar provisioning contract with a 100,000+ person transportation company;

¨ Signed a strategic alliance with Deloitte to support Deloitte & Touche’s i-MAAP (identity-Management-Authentication-Authorization, and Protection) framework with Identity Management Suite to address challenges such as enterprise-wide secure access, authentication, authorization, directory services, single sign-on, and a growing list of regulatory and compliance requirements;

¨ Expanded global presence through strategic partnership with Computacenter, Europe’s leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services, to supply Identity Management Suite directly to clients and as a key component of its managed services offering, the Service Management Toolsuite;

¨ Signed a reseller agreement with Vocent Solutions to resell Vocent’s voice authentication server with Identity Management Suite expanding its access options with biometrics;

¨ Completed integration of Identity Management Suite with Oracle® Internet Directory, part of Oracle Identity Management, permitting native integration with Oracle application environment and allowing customers to leverage Oracle directory’s scalability and high availability capabilities with their enterprise provisioning solution.
