Speaker Keith Fraleigh will discuss how Paragon, an IT Life Cycle Management company, saw immediate results when they selected and implemented SupportBridge Live Automation as part of their Managed Services Help Desk.
Paragon required a support solution that was web-enabled, firewall-friendly, and HIPAA compliant to meet the stringent security and service requirements of their healthcare and government sector clients.
Internet-based, and firewall and proxy friendly, SupportBridge Live Automation allows technicians to deliver seamless live support over the web. No firewall changes were necessary for Live Automation to operate, allowing Paragon technicians to support users easily and securely. Live Automation also features background diagnostic tools and advanced repair tools that allow technicians to resolve issues in the background, while the customer continues to work with the applications that are unaffected. Based on these features and capabilities, Paragon selected Control-F1’s SupportBridge Live Automation solution in January 2004, and was able to implement the tool within a few weeks.
Paragon also utilizes SupportBridge’s ability to integrate into complimentary support tools; integrating Live Automation with Peregrine’s ServiceCentre and Primus’ KnowledgeCentre.
Fraleigh will discuss Paragon’s project and highlight a specific support incident that showed Paragon and its customers the value of support automation.
Mark Eyre, Support Automation Specialist, from Control-F1, will then present an overview of the support automation solution used by Paragon and other organizations.
