Control-F1 reports on product and customer successes at SSPA Conference @ Savannah, October 3rd – 6th, 2004
CALGARY, Alberta – October 3rd, 2004 – Control-F1™ (Company
Profile, Past
Stories, Case
Studies) Corporation is pleased to invite participants of SSPA Conference @ Savannah to visit booth #310 for demonstrations of SupportBridge Live Automation, SupportBridge Self Service Automation, and SupportBridge Self Healing Automation.
Since the July 2004 launch of the SupportBridge suite, Control-F1 has already seen significant gains in the areas of customer adoption and industry recognition of its distinctive support automation offerings.
In September, SupportBridge was featured in TMC’s Customer Inter@ction Solutions magazine web site, after being awarded TMC Labs’ Innovation Award. Several Live Automation customers are moving forward with SupportBridge 5.0 implementations to benefit from enhanced technician capabilities, multi-lingual user interfaces, and evolution-paths to self service and self healing.
Control-F1 is also pleased to report that SupportBridge user Invensys Wonderware has been nominated for an SSPA 2004 STAR award in the category of Complex Support.
Control-F1 will be on hand at the SSPA Conference @ Savannah to demonstrate the complete SupportBridge solution:
• SupportBridge Live Automation optimizes the technician’s contact time by facilitating a less expensive channel of interaction for live support and by automating detection, diagnosis, and repair in the live support process
• SupportBridge Self Service Automation deflects calls by empowering customers to resolve their own computer problems without technician intervention, through Internet and intranet access to solutions
• SupportBridge Self Healing Automation prevents calls by detecting, diagnosing, and repairing issues before they impact the customer; transforming your support organization from reactive to preventative
“We’re looking forward to the SSPA @ Savannah conference. It’s a great chance to illustrate our recent success to industry experts and gives us an opportunity to better understand the future of automation,” says Paul Buccini, Vice President of Sales.
