DependableIT Chooses Control-F1 to Meet Need for eSupport Offering

Today, Control-F1 announced that DependableIT, a leading provider of on-site, telephone based, and web based technical support to mid sized businesses, has chosen Control-F1’s ‘live, assisted, web based’ technical support solution as the eSupport component of their full technical support offering.

DependableIT selected Control-F1 over other eSupport vendors based on Control-F1’s comprehensive set of diagnostic and remote repair capabilities. DependableIT is offering eSupport as an integral part of their technical support offering. The offering combines the technical know-how of their qualified Customer Care analysts with live chat, advanced diagnostic and repair capabilities, and 24 x 7 service.
