Column Business Systems Becomes Control-F1 Certified Partner

eSupport Offering Added to Column's Solutions

Calgary, Alberta – August 30, 2001 – Control-F1, the eSupport software company, today announced that it has finalized a Certified Partner agreement with Column Business Systems, a leading provider of infrastructure management.

Control-F1 is an eSupport software company that empowers helpdesks with the ability to deliver live technical support via the Internet. An extensive set of secure web-based Communication, Diagnostic, System Management and Desktop Sharing Tools equip support technicians to solve problems faster and more effectively.

Column Business Systems understands and articulates the critical steps that successful companies must take in order to improve their strategic business processes. Control-F1 will be included as the eSupport component of Column’s solution, which aims at reducing customer and IT support costs while enhancing customer relationship management.
