Epicor and Narragansett Technologies Announce Strategic Alliance to Deliver .NET Web Service-based Campaign Management SolutionANAHEIM, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 11, 2002--Narragansett Technologies, a leading software technology provider of .NET Web Services-based Campaign management Solutions, announced today a strategic alliance whereby Epicor® Software Corporation (NASDAQ: EPIC - News) will extend its customer relationship management (CRM) solutions with robust e-mail marketing and campaign management technology from Narragansett. The announcement coincides with the start of Perspectives 2002, Epicor's annual user conference held this year in Anaheim, Calif. Epicor, a leading provider of integrated enterprise, eBusiness and collaborative commerce software solutions for midmarket companies, will private label Narragansett's SpinnakerPro eMail Campaign and Loyalty Management suite as a Clientele-branded and supported application suite. Epicor will market and sell the solutions to both new and existing customers through the private label OEM agreement with Narragansett.
