Awards in the small to mid-sized enterprise category. Viewpoint was chosen for demonstrating excellence in its implementation of Clientele CRM, Epicor's integrated
customer relationship management suite that enables small and midmarket companies to manage the entire customer lifecycle.
Viewpoint, a provider of accounting, operations and project management software to the construction industry, is one of three finalists chosen for this honor. A review team of
Gartner analysts evaluated and rated the entries, judging participants on their project's performance in regards to each of Gartner's, Eight Building Blocks of CRM
Excellence: CRM vision, CRM strategy, customer experience, organizational collaboration, CRM processes, CRM information management, CRM technology and CRM
metrics.
According to Rob Humphreys, application development manager for Viewpoint, Clientele plays an integral role in the company's CRM success. "Clientele provides us
