Burlington, MA – May 26th, 2004 – ClickSoftware Technologies Ltd. (Company Profile, Past Stories, Case Studies)(NasdaqSC: CKSW), the leading provider of workforce and service optimization solutions, today announced the licensing of ClickSchedule to Nevada Power Company as a component of Axiom Corporation’s Mobile Workforce Management Solution, Mobility.

Nevada Power is the principal electric utility in southern Nevada, which is the fastest-growing service territory in the country. ClickSchedule will provide dynamic scheduling, real-time crew optimization by dispatchers and street-level routing of Nevada Power’s service personnel.

"Because of the strong success of the gaming industry and Clark County in general, Nevada Power faces the challenge of a phenomenal 6% growth rate, the highest of any electric utility in the country," states James Christensen, Director, Meter Services for Nevada Power.

“Nevada added 40,000 new customers in 2003 alone. The ability to get the most efficient, timely and effective service to those customers is essential to maintain that growth profitably,” said Dr Moshe BenBassat, CEO of ClickSoftware. “The Utility sector is showing growing demand for our solutions, and having a partner and reseller like Axiom has given us a greater reach to new customers and new technology.”

Axiom, a leading systems integration and solutions firm, and ClickSoftware have an excellent track record of mobile workforce management implementations across North America, most recently at Cinergy Corporation, Pennichuck Water Works and Central Hudson Gas and Electric.

ClickSchedule will be implemented as a fully integrated component of Axiom’s Mobility, a Windows/2000-based mobile computing solution. The integrated solution will enable Nevada Power dispatchers to receive work requests, wirelessly send work orders to their field service technicians, monitor work order status, and transmit completed orders. Automatic Vehicle Location provides real-time GPS-based vehicle location that is used by the scheduling algorithm and displayed on maps.
