Blue Pumpkin Software Widens International Reach with New Office in Germany

Essen, Germany - Voice & Call Center Solutions - September 5, 2000 - Blue Pumpkin Software, a leading provider of workforce management solutions, today announced the extension of its international operations into Germany, with the opening of a field office in Munich.

Heading up the German expansion is newly appointed Country Manager Sascha Mueller who will be responsible for building and managing operations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, as well as for building brand awareness in the marketplace with distributors and integrators. Mueller brings a deep understanding of the workforce management market in Europe and of Germany in particular. Formerly of Invision where he was International Sales Manager, Mueller possesses a solid understanding of product requirements -- even the McDonald’s fast food chain purchased his self-built workforce management product.
