Astea's AllianceEnterprise eCRM Suite Implemented By UK Mobiltex Network Operator TranscommHORSHAM, Pa., July 26 / -- Astea International Inc. (Nasdaq: ATEA - news), a leading supplier customer relationship management (CRM) solutions to companies that sell and service equipment, announced today that Transcomm, operator of the UK Mobiltex Network after acquiring RAM Mobile Data from BellSouth, is upgrading customer service with Astea's AllianceEnterprise eCRM Suite. Transcomm provides integrated mobile data solutions to some 250 blue-chip corporate clients.In a phased rollout, Transcomm is deploying AllianceEnterprise to integrate management of call center customer support, field service and logistics followed by additional integrations of sales order processing, product life cycle management, professional services and the company's corporate financial application.
