ASP PUBLISHES NEW REPORT ON "THE YEAR'S TEN BEST WEB SUPPORT SITES"The Association of Support Professionals (ASP) has released the third edition of its annual report on "The Year's Ten Best Web Support Sites." The 112-page report describes current best practices in online support, based on ten sites that won awards in this year's ASP online support awards competition. The new report includes an illustrated tour of each site's key features and a behind-the-scenes look at how the site developers handled such issues as navigation, search engine optimization, interactivity, e-mail support, and personalization.
