ASP Issues New Edition of "Best Web Support Sites"Developers of online support sites are putting increased emphasis on personalization features and usability improvements, according to a new report on "Best Web Support Sites" published by The Association of Support Professionals (ASP).The 114-page report profiles the ten winners of the ASP's 1999 "best support sites" competition, and includes screen shots of key site features, essays by site designers, and hands-on advice about performance metrics, project management, promotion, navigation, and other aspects of support site development.
