Aprimo continued its strong momentum into the third quarter with the strategic acquisition of Then, Limited, a leading U.K.-based Marketing Resource Management (MRM) software developer. The acquisition increased the breadth of the Aprimo Marketing suite of products by incorporating Then’s strong capabilities in collateral and advertising creation, fulfillment and delivery, along with Then’s expertise in operational analytics for marketing. Additionally, the acquisition strengthened Aprimo’s current offering and vision for the space by creating the most comprehensive MRM capabilities for marketers.

Additionally, Aprimo secured notable expansions with America Online, Home Depot and Sony Pictures, further proving the value customers realize from the use of Aprimo Marketing.
