Siemens Business Services Selects Applix for CRM in Australia, Announces Major New Customer Win

Siemens, Australian Information Processing Centre (A.I.P.C.), and Applix partner to provide a complete solution to the Australian Defense Department


WESTBORO, Mass.--Oct. 11, 2000-- Applix, Inc., (NASDAQ:APLX - news), a global e-Business solutions provider, announces that Siemens Business Services, one of the world's leading suppliers of electronic and mobile business solutions, has selected Applix's iEnterprise for its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) offering to customers in Australia. In partnership with systems integrator Australian Information Processing Centre (A.I.P.C.), Siemens will provide Applix's iEnterprise to help companies better respond to the needs of their customers and provide predictive business analysis.
