integrated customer management, today announced that Harel Kodesh has been
appointed to the new position of Chief Product Officer. In this role, he
will
be responsible for the research and development of the Company's global
product strategy, development programs, architectures and applications. In
addition, he will also serve as President, Product Development.

Kodesh joins Amdocs from Wingcast, a joint venture between the Ford
Motor
Company and Qualcomm, where he served as President and CEO. Prior to that,
he
held a variety of executive positions at Microsoft, including Vice President
of the Information Appliance Division. At Microsoft, he founded the
WindowsCE
operating system and led the development and marketing of this operating
system and a wide range of products based on it. Earlier in his career at
Microsoft, Harel managed the Object Linking and Embedding (OLE) team, which
created the Component Object Model, a key technology used in the Windows
operating system. He also previously worked for Motorola, where he managed
a
team responsible for Motorola's early efforts in wireless data. Harel was
one
of the early investors in Mobilitec, a leading provider of Service Delivery
Platform, based in San Mateo, California, and has served as its chairman.
